The third sector comprises charities, social enterprises, and voluntary groups supporting the community at a local level. study focused on management practices of TSOs. In all, total number Third Sector Organizations selected for from Kolar, Chikkaballapur, Tumkur districts was 30. sample consists different types TSOs which include Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Self-Help Groups (SHGs) & Primary level cooperatives, also primary data collected 30 To achieve specific objectives study, descriptive statistics including percentages were used to find out how are following their organizational development. found that they good in terms planning includes efficiency proper resource management, effective service delivery, responsiveness target community, implementation, control activity, among others. Strategy development indicates extent certain features/aspects pertaining strategy approaches characterize organizations. Motivation plays vital influencing factor towards managers workers increase effectiveness. Staff understand manage human resources. Financial is necessary reporting purposes prepared end each financial year bookkeeping one key indicators measure performance organization there need more focus up-to-date records maintenance.
